The Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ) has a property in Ndola called Development House. This property is situated in a prime location along President Avenue near the newly opened Kafubu Mall. The building has space which can accommodate both standard offices as well as Banks. The building is just a step away from the Central Business District in an environment with a lot of parking space for clients.
The Development Bank of Zambia now invites firms to express their interest in renting one or more offices at the property.
Interested Bidders will be shortlisted using the following criteria
- Certificate of Registration from PACRA
- ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate
- Financial Statements; and
- Number of offices to be occupied (Preference will be given to firms that would like to rent the whole wing.)

Expressions of Interest addressed to the Managing Director appropriately bound, sealed and bold labelled “OFFICES TO LET” must be deposited in the Tender Box situated on the 5th Floor in the Foyer, Development House, Lusaka, Corner of Katondo and Cha Cha Cha Roads on or before 2nd September, 2016 at 10:00 hours’ local time.
Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the opening on 2nd September, 2016 in the Foyer on the 5th Floor of Development House at 10:00 hours’ local time. LATE EOIs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
