The National Airports Corporation Limited has provided funds for the provision of insurance brokerage services and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for the provision of insurance brokerage Services on a two year term Contract (2 Year).
The National Airports Corporation Limited now invites sealed bids from eligible and interested bidders for the provision of insurance brokerage services for period of one year.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document from The Secretary Procurement Committee, National Airports Corporation Limited, 1st floor, Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, P.O. The tender document can also be accessed on the National Airports Corporation Limited website: www.nacl.co.zm. However, telegraphic and/or electronic offers will not be accepted.
A complete set of bidding documents in English should be purchased by interested bidders from the National Airports Corporation Limited upon payment of a non- refundable fee of K500.00 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or by bank certified cheque.
Bids clearly marked “Tender for provision of Insurance brokerage Services on a two year Contract (02 year)” and addressed to the Managing Director, must be sent not later than Wednesday, 24th December 2014 at 10:00 hour’s local time.
The bids appropriately bound, sealed and clearly labeled must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the landing platform of the 1st floor at Kenneth Kaunda international Airport, National Airports Corporation Limited, Lusaka on or before Wednesday, 24!h December 2014 at 10:00hrs local time. Late bids will not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than K2,000.00 duly signed by the Guarantor(s). Bids will be opened soon after dosing in the Conference room, opposite Procurement Offices at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
