Tender for the provision of property management services

NAPSA owns various types of buildings countrywide. The provision of property management services requires reliable property managers throughout the year in order to ensure quality provision of services.

NAPSA, now invites sealed bids from eligible Service Providers to provide property management services to various Properties under NAPSA for the period 2015  2017 on running contract basis:

The bidders should show proof of registration with either Surveyor’s Institute of Zambia, Zambia Institute of Estate Agency, or any other relevant bodies. Bidders should also attach certificate of registration and tax clearance certificate. A margin of preference will be applied as follows:-

  1. Citizen Influenced companies – 8 percent
  2. Citizen Empowered companies – 10 percent
  3. Citizen Owned companies – 12 percent

Bidders should provide a detailed company profile, curriculum vitae of key staff and indicate the past and current professional responsibilities, where the company has been providing property management services of a similar nature; Bidders should further provide references from reputable institutions to which they have provided similar services. Sealed bids clearly marked “Provision of Property Management Services to National Pension Scheme Authority’ on a Two (2) Year Running Contract from T March, 2015 to 31s1 March, 2017” must be deposited in the tender box on the Ground Floor, Levy Business Park Office Block, Cnr of Kabelenga and Church Roads, Lusaka, on or before Friday, 26lh January, 2015 at 10.30 hours local time. LATE, FAXED AND ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL BE REJECTED. Tenders will be opened thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by bidders from NAPSA upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K500.00 and must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration form duly signed by representative with power of attorney.

All local bidders MUST obtain compliance certificates from the N APSA Lusaka Area Office at Lusaka House, Corner of Lumumba and Ben Bella roads.

The closing date for the receipt of bids is Friday, 26,h January, 2015 at 10.30 hours local time and any bid received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. The bids will be opened shortly thereafter in the Board Room on the Ground Floor, Levy Business Park Office Block in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
